Siem Reap, Cambodia – 2018. The city of Siem Reap is the capital of Siem Reap province and is in north-western Cambodia. It is a very popular tourist destination due to its proximity to Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom and the many other Khmer temple ruins. It has a large number of hotels, restaurants, bars and businesses that support the tourist industry. The Old Market (Psar Chas) area is a market catering to locals and tourists and has stalls selling such items as hardware, souvenirs, clothing, motor cycle parts antiques, fruits and other foods as well as a large number of restaurants and pubs.
